Jewelry is something that you can pass down from generation to generation.The memory that it holds, is dear and precious.It is a reflection of not only the artist, but also you as the wearer. It reflects the soul, representing that momentary decision to destroy or create, suspended in an image.The stories may change through the generations, but the image will remain the same.

I have a strong passion for jewelry, but in my free time you can find me exploring nature, watching documentaries, or drawing. Inspiration comes from dissecting elements from nature and everyday objects, and rediscovering natural and formal elements, abstracting from it, and then reintroducing it to the viewer.
My fascination with nature’s reclamation on man-made things, as well as the relationship between man and nature has a huge role in my studio practice. My work often refers to something I like to call, mindscapes or mind-wanderers. This is my own wonderland, it is a place I go to escape or explore my thoughts.
My obsession with containers plays into my work. A container has so many relative uses, but the key use is preservation. Wonderland does not become a thing until Alice explores it, just like jewelry, it does not become an item until it is worn.
